Artist Earl Schofield works in the difficult media of Encaustic (wax) painting. His landscapes are very personal and intuitive without abandoning a high degree of technical precision and realism. Earl teaches at The Dublin School in New Hampshire and many of his landscapes are inspired by the Northeast. Earl’s first solo exhibition with the gallery will open on August 6th, 2011.
